Purple cabbage | 1/2 head | shredded |

Method:
- Rub salt on shredded cabbage until it becomes soft and releases water
- Keep pressing down on the cabbage so that water rises to the top
- Add caraway seeds
- Leave the mixture at room temperature for 3 to 4 days until it tastes right
