Boiled rice1 cup
Urad Dal - Minapappu1/4 cup
Atukulu1/4 cup


Method:
  1. Soak all ingredients overnight
  2. Grind till smooth
  3. Add salt and leave in warm place to ferment
  4. Pour dosas and serve with Vegetable Kurma


Notes:
Add 1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds to rice mix, optional
