Method:
- Fry caraway seeds and onion until it browns
- Add ginger garlic paste and keep cooking until fragrant
- Add tomatoes and spice powders; cook until everything is mixed well
- Add mushrooms and keep frying until all the water has evaporated
- Add paneer, adjust salt and spices to taste and garnish with cilantro
