Method:
- Cook oats in salt and water until done in separate dish
- Fry onion and peas in seasoning
- Add ginger garlic paste, salt and tomatoes, cook for few minutes
- Add garam masala and red chili powder
- Add oats, adjust salt to taste and garnish with cilantro
