Opo squash | 1 medium | shredded |
Garlic | 2 cloves | minced |
Green chilis | 3 - 4 medium | minced |
Indian seasoning | | |
Yogurt | 2 cups or more | |
Salt | to taste | |
Cilantro | few | chopped |
Method:
- Fry garlic and green chilis with seasoning
- Add the shredded squash and fry until all the water evaporates
- Remove from heat and allow to cool
- Add salt, yogurt and cilantro and mix well (add water if needed)
