| Cucumber | 1/2 large | shredded |
| Yogurt | 1.5 cups | no liquid |
| Garlic | 1 small | grated |
| Olive oil | 2 tbsp | |

| Dill | 1/4 cup | minced |
Method:
- Drain cucumber of water, squeeze by hand if needed
- Combine everything and chill before serving
