Okra1 lb or sochopped
Saltto taste
Oilto roast
Yogurtas needed
Green chili pasteto taste
Cilantrogarnishchopped
Wateras needed

Method:
  1. Add salt and oil to chopped okra
  2. Roast at 400F for 15-20 minutes until cooked
  3. Add to yogurt along with green chili and cilantro 
  4. Adjust salt to taste
