Pickled Jalapenos

Makes: 1 jar

Jalapeno7 - 8 mediumsliced thinly
Garlic2 clovesmashed
Water1.5 cups
Vinegar1 cup
Salt1 tbsp
Sugar1 tbsp

Method:
  • Combine water, sugar, salt in a pot and bring to boil
  • Add vinegar and remove from the heat
  • Pour the hot water over the chili slices and let it cool
  • Refrigerate and serve the next day
