Serves: 4
Method:
- Mash chickpeas in a bowl
- Add rest of the ingredients and mix well
- Chill for 30 minutes or more
- Wrap it up in flour tortillas and serve immediately
Notes:
The wraps keep well for lunch next day. Filling can stay in fridge for few days. Can also eat as salad, in sandwich or as dip for veggie sticks/pita chips.
