Chickpea Chat Wrap

Serves: 4

Chickpeas2 cans
Celery3 - 4 stalkschopped
Mayo1/2 cup
Sunflower seeds1/4 cup
Red pepper1 largechopped
Red onion1 largechopped
Cherry tomato2 cupssliced
Dill picklesfewchopped
Basil/Chivesfewchopped
Mint/Dillfewchopped
Spinach tortillafor wrapsTJ's


Method:
  1. Mash chickpeas in a bowl
  2. Add rest of the ingredients and mix well
  3. Chill for 30 minutes or more
  4. Wrap it up in flour tortillas and serve immediately


Notes:
The wraps keep well for lunch next day. Filling can stay in fridge for few days. Can also eat as salad, in sandwich or as dip for veggie sticks/pita chips.
