Pepper Rice

Serves: 2

White rice1 cup
Water2.25 cups
Whole pepperfew
Chili flakesfew
Cumin1 tsp as needed
Saltto taste
Cilantrogarnishchopped
Oilas needed
Ghee1 tsp


Method:
  1. Cook rice for 3 whistles and allow to cool
  2. Coarsely grind pepper, chili flakes and cumin in mortar and pestle
  3. Fry spices in oil and ghee
  4. Mix with rice, add seasoning and cilantro
