Potato Majiga Pulusu

Yogurt1 cupmore if needed

Waterif needed
For paste:
Chana dal1.5 tbspsoak for 30 mins
Rice0.5 tbspsoak for 30 mins
Coriander2 tsp
Green chili8 mediumas needed
Garlic4 cloveschopped
Coconut1/3 cup
Curry leavesfewgrind to paste
Method:
  • Fry onion and garlic in little oil
  • Add potato, tomato, and ground paste
  • Cook well and turn off the heat
  • Add yogurt and Indian seasoning
