| Ingredients | Qty | Prep |
| Green tomato | 1 large | chopped |
| Sweet onion | 1 medium | chopped |
| Coconut | 1/2 cup | |
| Green chili | 2 - 3 tsp | to taste |
| Cilantro | handful | |
| Jaggery | 2 tsp | to taste |
Method:
- Steam chopped tomato until it turns dull green
- Grind coconut, green chili, jaggery, and cilantro to paste
- Taste and adjust salt, jaggery, and green chili as needed
- Add the onion and tomato, and pulse until roughly combined
- Garnish with Indian seasoning and serve with rice
