Garlic | 12 cloves | rough chop |
Onion | 1 medium | rough chop |
Red chili | 4 - 5 | soak in water |
Salt | to taste | |
Tamarind | to taste | |
Water | | if needed |
Method:
- Fry onions and garlic in little oil for a few minutes
- Grind to smooth paste with salt, adjust to taste adding water if needed
- Garnish with Indian seasoning
