Method:
- Fry scallions, garlic, and chilis until fragrant
- Add tofu to the pan. Cook undisturbed for 2 minutes, then stir. Cook, stirring every 2 minutes, until the tofu is golden brown in some spots, a total of 10 to 14 minutes.
- While that is cooking, make the sauce. Mix all ingredients except cilantro
- Add the sauce to the tofu once completely browned, toss to coat and take off flame
- Garnish with sesame seeds and cilantro
- Serve with rice or roasted vegetables
