Swetha Tomato Chutney

Tahini1 tsp
Oilas needed
Turmericas needed

Indian seasoninggarnish

Method:
  • Heat a pan with oil, garlic, curry leaves, green chili, and tomatoes
  • Add salt, pepper, tahini, and turmeric as needed
  • Fry well until the oil separates
  • Turn off heat and cool the mixture
  • Blend to a smooth paste with cilantro leaves
  • Garnish with Indian seasoning and serve with rice or chapati
