Serves: 2
Method:
- Cook the dal in water until done, drain and set aside
- Fry onions in little oil, then add the sabudana
- Keep stirring every few minutes otehrwise it will stick
- Once the sabudana turns transparent, add the dal, salt, pepper and cook until everything's done
- Add Indian seasoning and adjust spices to taste
- Garnish with cilantro and serve hot
