Sabudana Upma

Sabudana1 cupsoak 8 hrs
Water3/4 cup
Pesarapappu1/4 cup
Red chili1 small
Onion1 mediumdiced
Saltto taste
Pepperto taste
Cilantroas neededchopped

Method:
  • Cook the dal in water until done, drain and set aside
  • Fry onions in little oil, then add the sabudana
  • Keep stirring every few minutes otehrwise it will stick
  • Once the sabudana turns transparent, add the dal, salt, pepper and cook until everything's done
  • Add Indian seasoning and adjust spices to taste
  • Garnish with cilantro and serve hot
