Lentils - Minapappu1/4 cup
Coconut milk2/3 cup
Sugar2 tbsp
Saltto taste
Sodaa pinch


Method:
  1. Soak the rice & urad dal together in water.
  2. Soak in the morning, grind in the evening, leave overnight.
  3. Add coconut milk, soda, sugar, salt before 2 hours
  4. Pour aapams and keep the batter refrigerated
  5. Serve with Kurma or Onion Chutney.
