Serves: 2 (dinner) or 4 (snack)
Method:
- Grind the beans and spices into a paste, it's ok if a few beans show through
- Toast the bread until crispy
- Toast the corn with little oil until it has golden brown spots
- Spread the bean paste, garnish with avocado, chili flakes, corn, sesame, and green onion/shredded cheese
Notes:
Try to use hearty bread like rye or sourdough that will stay crispy. Can add sweet onion, chips, or tortilla strips for crunch.
