Sandwich Filling

Peas1/2 cupdefrosted
For Paste:

Coconut2/3 - 3/4 cupadjust to taste
Red chilis6-8
Clove2 small
Cinnamon1 small piece
Coriander seeds2 tbsp
Saltto taste
Wateras needed


Method:
  1. Blend the dry masalas first, then add coconut with salt + water
  2. Fry onions lightly, add peas & cook for 2 minutes
  3. Add the potatoes & coconut paste
  4. Cook for 10-15 minutes, while stirring to avoid burning
  5. Remove from fire, place between bread slices and toast
