| Coriander seeds | 2 tbsp | |

Method:
- Blend the dry masalas first, then add coconut with salt + water
- Fry onions lightly, add peas & cook for 2 minutes
- Add the potatoes & coconut paste
- Cook for 10-15 minutes, while stirring to avoid burning
- Remove from fire, place between bread slices and toast
