| Red Gram Dal - Kandipappu | 1/2 cup | cooked |
| Garlic | 2 cloves | sliced |
| Indian seasoning | ||
| Red chilis | 2-3 | |
| Salt | to taste | |
| Water | as needed |
Method:
- Fry garlic with seasoning
- Add dal, water and salt
- Cook until done
Notes:
Serve with Bitter Gourd Podi and plain rice.
