For Paste:
Coriander seeds1-2 tbsp
Dry coconut3/4 cup
Red chilies5
Tamarind5 tbsp
Saltto taste
Brown sugarto taste
Garlic5-6 clovesblend to paste

Method:

  1. Squeeze excess water from the bitter gourd and fry for 10 to 15 minutes in a little oil
  2. Add onion and paste and continue to fry
  3. Fry till the mixture is completely dry
