Idli rava1.5 cupswash thouroughly
Lentils - Minapappu1/2 cupsoak for 2 hours
Saltto taste
Wateras needed


Method:
  1. Grind dal till the batter becomes fluffy and add the idli rava after squeezing out excess water
  2. Add salt and keep overnight
  3. Add water to make the batter semi-liquid, add soda and pour idlis
  4. Steam for 15 minutes on medium heat until cooked
  5. Serve with Coconut Chutney and Sambar
