Basmati rice2/3 cupcooked and cooled
Tomato2-3 mediumchopped
Onion1-2 mediumchopped
Saltto taste
Indian seasoningcurry leaves
Red chili powderto taste
Garam masalato taste


Method:
  1. Fry onions, tomatoes and curry leaves with seasoning
  2. Cook with closed lid till tomatoes become soft
  3. Add rice and mix well
