Chili Garlic Rasam (Bellam Leni Charu)

Red Gram Dal - Kandipappu1/3 cupcooked for 4 whistles
Wateras needed
Saltto taste
Indian seasoning
Cilantrofew leaveschopped
Tamarind pasteto taste


Method:
  1. Fry garlic and green chilis with seasoning
  2. Add water, tamarind, dal and cook till it boils
  3. Garnish with cilantro leaves
