Peanuts1/2 cupsoak in hot water
Black chickpea1/2 cupsoak in hot water
Tomato1 mediumchopped
Onion1 mediumchopped
Tamarind pasteto taste
Brown sugarto taste
Saltto taste
Indian seasoning
For paste:
Coconut3/4 cupfrozen
Coriander seeds1 tbsp
Red chilis3-4 medium
Khus khus1 tsp
Tomato1 mediumgrind to paste

Method:
  1. Pressure cook peanuts, black chickpea, tomato and onion for 3 whistles
  2. Add paste, tamarind, salt, brown sugar and adjust to taste
  3. Cook until desired consistency is reached
  4. Add indian seasoning and garnish with cilantro
