Red Gram Dal - Kandipappu1/3 cupcooked for 3 whistles
Garlic2-3 clovesminced
Red chili powderto taste
Saltto taste
Tamarind pasteto tastevery little
Tomato2 mediumchopped
Indian seasoningwith curry leaves
Wateras needed
Rasam powderto taste
Cilantrofew stalks for garnishchopped

  1. Fry curry leaves in seasoning along with garlic and tomato
  2. Add other ingredients and bring to boil
  3. Garnish with cilantro
