Paneer Puffs

Serves: 4 
Puff pastry sheets1 pkg with 2 sheetsthaw for 40 mins
For the filling:
Paneer7 ozcrumbled
Turmeric to taste
Saltto taste
Red chili powderto taste
Cumin powderto taste
Coriander powderto taste
Garam masalataste
Cilantrofew leaveschopped
Chat masalato taste

  1. Mix paneer with all masala powders
  2. Fry the mixture in a little oil until everything combines well, allow to cool completely
  3. Preheat oven to 400° F
  4. Dust a clean surface with flour and roll out the pastry sheets (remove the paper)
  5. Divide the filling equally leaving the edges free
  6. Roll the pastry sheet tightly and seal the edge with a little bit of water
  7. Cut into half inch rolls
  8. Arrange on a greased baking tray and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown
