| Paneer | 7 oz | crumbled |
| Turmeric | to taste | |
| Salt | to taste | |
| Red chili powder | to taste | |
| Cumin powder | to taste | |
| Coriander powder | to taste | |
| Garam masala | taste | |
| Cilantro | few leaves | chopped |
| Chat masala | to taste |
Method:
- Mix paneer with all masala powders
- Fry the mixture in a little oil until everything combines well, allow to cool completely
- Preheat oven to 400° F
- Dust a clean surface with flour and roll out the pastry sheets (remove the paper)
- Divide the filling equally leaving the edges free
- Roll the pastry sheet tightly and seal the edge with a little bit of water
- Cut into half inch rolls
- Arrange on a greased baking tray and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown
