| Rice | 1 cup | |
| Ragi flour | 1 cup | |
| Water | 5 cups | |
| Salt | to taste | |
| Oil | less than 1 tsp |
Method:
- Boil water and add salt, oil and rice
- After the rice is almost cooked, add the ragi flour
- Leave for 15 minutes, then start stirring for the next 10 minutes (keep adding HOT water throughout as needed)
- Touch with a wet hand, if the dough doesn't stick it's done
