| Mushrooms | 1 lb | chopped |
| Onion | 1 medium | chopped |
| Garlic | 6 - 7 large cloves | |

| Red chilis | 8 - 10 medium | |
| Sandwich veggies | sliced thinly | |
| Bread | ciabatta rolls | |
| Corn starch | 1/2 tsp | optional |
| Cheese/Mayo | optional |
Method:
- Blend red chilis, garlic, salt, sugar and vinegar (with little water) to a paste. Alternatively just mix red chili powder, garlic powder and water with other ingredients.
- Fry onions in little oil and add garlic paste, cook until raw smell disappears
- Add mushrooms and toss until cooked. Mix little corn starch if there is too much water
- Spread mayo on bread and grill until browned. Place vegetables of choice and spread mushroom mix on top with cheese if using it.
