|Garlic||6 - 7 large cloves|
|Red chilis||8 - 10 medium|
|Sandwich veggies||sliced thinly|
|Corn starch||1/2 tsp||optional|
- Blend red chilis, garlic, salt, sugar and vinegar (with little water) to a paste. Alternatively just mix red chili powder, garlic powder and water with other ingredients.
- Fry onions in little oil and add garlic paste, cook until raw smell disappears
- Add mushrooms and toss until cooked. Mix little corn starch if there is too much water
- Spread mayo on bread and grill until browned. Place vegetables of choice and spread mushroom mix on top with cheese if using it.
