Shiitake mushrooms | 200 g | 2 boxes |
Maple syrup | 2 tbsp | |
Soy sauce | 4 tbsp | |
Water | 5 tbsp | |
For Toppings: | | |
Carrot | 1 large | shredded |
Green onion | 1 bunch | chopped |
Red chili | 1 large | sliced |
Bean sprouts | few | |
Method:
- Cook noodles in water and flavor packets (add chili if using) until done
- Saute mushrooms in sauce until all the liquid evaporates
- Ladle noodle soup into bowls and top with mushrooms, carrot, green onion and bean sprouts
