Gongura Chutney

Serves: 4 - 6 

Gongura250gwashed and chopped
Green chilis6 medium
Garlic8-10 medium
Fenugreek seeds1 tsp
Corainder seeds1 tbsp
Saltto taste
Oilfor roasting
Wateras needed
  1. Fry coriander seeds and fenugreek seeds in little oil
  2. Add gongura leaves, green chilis and garlic
  3. Fry until gongura is cooked through
  4. Grind to paste with salt and adjust to taste
  5. Finish with Indian seasoning and serve with rice
