Gongura Chutney

Serves: 4 - 6 
Gongura1 large bunch
Green chilis6 - 8 mediumas needed
Garlic10 cloves
Red chilisas needed
Cumin1 tbsp
Coriander1 tbsp
Roasted peanuts1/3 - 1/2 cup
Mustard seeds1 tsp
Saltto taste
Water if needed
Indian seasoningat the end


  1. Toast red chilis, cumin, coriander, and mustard seeds and grind to powder
  2. Fry gongura leaves, green chilis, and garlic in little oil
  3. Grind all ingredients and add salt to taste
  4. Add indian seasoning and serve with hot rice
