| Gongura | 1 large bunch | |
| Green chilis | 6 - 8 medium | as needed |
| Garlic | 10 cloves | |
| Red chilis | as needed | |
| Cumin | 1 tbsp | |
| Coriander | 1 tbsp | |
| Roasted peanuts | 1/3 - 1/2 cup | |
| Mustard seeds | 1 tsp | |
| Salt | to taste | |
| Water | if needed | |
| Indian seasoning | at the end | |
Method:
- Toast red chilis, cumin, coriander, and mustard seeds and grind to powder
- Fry gongura leaves, green chilis, and garlic in little oil
- Grind all ingredients and add salt to taste
- Add indian seasoning and serve with hot rice
