Bellary Chutney

Serves: 4

Onion1 largechopped
Tomato1 largechopped
For Paste
Green chili2 medium
Garlic2 cloves
Ginger1/2 inch
Cumin1 tsp
Chutney dal2 tbsp 
Wateras needed
Saltto taste
Method:
  1. Grind all ingredients with enough water and salt to paste
  2. Fry onion and tomato until softened
  3. Add paste and cook until everything mixes well
  4. Adjust salt and heat; add indian seasoning
