| Onion | 1 large | chopped |
| Colored peppers | 2 medium | chopped |
| Mushrooms | 8 oz | chopped |
| Taco sauce | to taste | TJ's |
| Salt | to taste | |
| Pepper | to taste | |
| Cumin powder | to taste | |
| Garlic powder | to taste | |
| Mango Salsa | | |

| Pickled jalapenos | | |
Method:
- Pressure cook beans and set aside
- Fry onions and peppers for 5 minutes
- Add mushrooms and beans
- Season to taste with salt, taco seasoning, pepper, and garlic powder
- Assemble tostada with queso between 2 tortillas. Top with beans mix, pickled jalapenos and mango salsa
