Method:
Drain water from tofu packages and wrap them in towels Place a baking pan on the wrapped tofu and put something heavy on the pan to press them down for 30 minutes Unwrap tofu, cut into cubes and toss in oil and soy sauce (2 tbsp sriracha sauce optional) Add cornflour and toss again - Fry tofu in cast iron skillet with oil until golden brown on all side
Notes:
Can also add garlic powder, ginger powder, onion powder, or other dry spices with cornstarch
