Crispy Tofu

Serves: 4

TJ's firm tofu12 ozcut in slabs
Soy sauce1 tbsp
Olive oil1 tbsp
Cornflour1 tbspto toss
Method:
  • Cut tofu into slabs and press between weights for 1 hour
  • Cut tofu into cubes and toss in olive oil and soy sauce
  • Add cornflour and toss again
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes at 350 F (note down oven times for 350F) 
  • Broil for 2 - 3 minutes on low until browned
  • Add straight to salad, marinate in sauce or toss into noodles, soups, and curries.
