Method:
Drain water from tofu packages and wrap them in towels Place a baking pan on the wrapped tofu and put something heavy on the pan to press them down for 1 hour Unwrap tofu, cut into cubes and toss in oil and soy sauce (2 tbsp sriracha sauce optional) Add cornflour and toss again Spread oil on the baking pan, arrange tofu, and bake for 45-55 minutes at 350 F Divide into portions and freeze for use in various recipes
Notes:
Can also add garlic powder, ginger powder, onion powder, or other dry spices before baking.
