Serves: 1 pizza
Method:
Keep pizza dough on counter for 1 hour Roll out into cast iron skillet and leave for 30 minutes - Fry mushroom with little salt in small frying pan
- Take off heat and add rosemary
- In same pan, fry garlic in olive oil until golden
- Add cream, stir until bubbling, turn off heat
- Add cheese after bubbles stop, don't add when it's too hot
- After dough has proofed, turn on stove to medium heat
- After 5 minutes, spread Alfredo sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese
- Top with fried mushrooms and leave for 10 minutes total
- Broil skillet on low for 3 - 4 minutes
- Take pizza out and transfer to cooling rack
Notes:
Use only whole milk low moisture mozzarella
