Method:
Mix yeast with sugar and 1/4 cup water, wait 5 minutes to bloom (check if yeast is alive) Add all other ingredients and knead to wet dough (don't add flour unless needed) Put olive oil in 2 bowls, portion dough into equal parts and use the dough to spread the oil around Cover with lid and leave in fridge for at least 5 days
