| Masaman paste | 6 tbsp | 1 small tin |
Method:- Cut potato into half/quarter moons and steam in microwave
- Fry onion with masaman curry paste
- After a few minutes, add potatoes, tofu, and coconut milk
- Adjust salt and water to taste
- Garnish with chopped peanuts and cilantro
