Makes: One 13 x 13 baking pan
Method:
Mix dates and hot water and leave aside for 10 minutes Mix flax powder and water and chill for 5 - 10 minutes Mix dry ingredients - flour, baking soda, and baking powder in large bowl Mix wet ingredients - vanilla extract, maple syrup, oil and sugar in small bowl Blend dates and water until creamy and smooth - Make well in the dry ingredients and add wet mixture, flax eggs, and dates
- Line 13 x 13 tray with parchment paper and pour in batter
- Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes, until toothpick test
- Serve warm with cold ice cream
