| Monterey Jack | 130 g | |
| Evaporated milk | 100 ml | |
| Butter | 15 g | |
| Green chili | 1 can | |
| Cilantro | few | chopped |
| Pickled jalapeno | few | to taste |
| Spice of choice | garam masala | BAM spice |
Method:
- Tear cheese into chunks, mix with milk and butter in a pan
- Bring to medium heat and stir until smooth and melted
- Add other ingredients and adjust to taste
- Sprinkle garam masala or BAM spice and garnish with cilantro leaves
- Serve hot with tortilla chips
