| Ingredients | Qty | Prep |
| Cilantro | 2 cups | packed |
| Garlic | 4 cloves | chopped |
| Jalapeno | 1 - 2 | chopped |
| Salt | 1 tsp | |
| Black cardamom | 2 | |
| Green cardamom | 3 | |
| Cumin powder | 3/4 tsp | |
| Red chili flakes | 1/2 tsp | to taste |
| Canola oil | 3/4 cup | as needed |
Method:
- Blend all ingredients together into a smooth paste
- Number of jalapenos depends on heat, test with 1 and add more if needed
- Add more red chili flakes to taste after blending
- Can use as salad dressing by adding little more oil and lemon juice
