Chili Mushroom

Green bell pepper2-3 mediumlarge squares
Ginger1 tspminced
Garlic 1 tspminced
JalapeƱo1 smallminced
Saltto taste
Red chili pasteto taste
Vinegarto taste
Soy sauceto taste
Coriander powderto taste
Ketchupto taste

Method:
  1. Fry onion for 5 minutes, add ginger and garlic
  2. Fry the capsicum till it becomes soft and add mushrooms
  3. Add sauces and powders, adjust to taste
  4. Goes well with Chinese Noodles in Soy Sauce
