Ginger Garlic Chowmein

Oilfor frying vegetables

Method:
  1. Fry onions, ginger & garlic in oil, add rest of the vegetables and saut√© 
  2. Let the vegetables simmer for 5 minutes, add noodles & sauces
  3. Cook till done
  4. Serve with Gobi Manchurian/Chili Mushroom
