| Mushroom | 200-300 g | sliced |
| Onion | 1 large | large squares |
| Green bell pepper | 2-3 medium | large squares |
| Ginger | 1 tsp | minced |
| Garlic | 1 tsp | minced |
| Jalapeno | 1 small | minced |
| Salt | to taste | |
| Red chili paste | to taste | |
| Vinegar | to taste | |
| Soy sauce | to taste | |
| Coriander powder | to taste | |
| Ketchup | to taste |
Method:
- Fry onion for 5 minutes, add ginger and garlic
- Fry the capsicum till it becomes soft and add mushrooms
- Add sauces and powders, adjust to taste
- Goes well with Chinese Noodles in Soy Sauce
