Hakka Noodles

Serves: 4 
Wheat noodles4cooked
Green peppers2 largejulienne
Onion1 largejulienne
Broccoli1 largechopped
Green chili1 mediumminced
Carrot2 mediumjulienne
Cabbage1/2 headchopped
Gingersmall pieceminced
Garlic2 clovesminced
Sambal olek2 tsp
Soy sauce2 tbsp or more
Vinegar1/2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oilfor frying vegetables
  • Fry onions, ginger & garlic in oil, add rest of the vegetables and saut√© 
  • Let the vegetables simmer for 5 minutes, add noodles & sauces
  • Cook till done
  • Serve with Gobi Manchurian/Chili Mushroom
