| Ingredient | Qty | Prep |
| Wheat noodles | 4 | cooked |
| Green peppers | 2 large | julienne |
| Onion | 1 large | julienne |
| Broccoli | 1 large | chopped |
| Green chili | 1 medium | minced |
| Carrot | 2 medium | julienne |
| Cabbage | 1/2 head | chopped |
| Ginger | small piece | minced |
| Garlic | 2 cloves | minced |
| Sambal olek | 2 tsp | |
| Soy sauce | 2 tbsp or more | |
| Vinegar | 1/2 tbsp | |
| Salt | to taste | |
| Oil | for frying vegetables |
Method:
- Fry onions, ginger & garlic in oil, add rest of the vegetables and sauté
- Let the vegetables simmer for 5 minutes, add noodles & sauces
- Cook till done
- Serve with Gobi Manchurian/Chili Mushroom
