Shredded Kale With Olives Salad

Serves: 4  

Kale2 cupsfinely chopped
Lettuce2 cupsfinely chopped
Red onion1 smallfinely chopped
Cherry Tomato1 cuphalved
Olives1/3 cupfinely chopped
For Dressing
Olive oil2 tbsp
Vinegar1 tspadjust to taste
Mint3 tbspfinely chopped
Feta cheeseto taste
Saltto taste
Pepperto taste
Red chili flakesto taste

  1. Add dressing to the chopped vegetables 
  2. Mix well using hands to coat the kale leaves with dressing
  3. Keep for 15-20 minutes and then serve
