| Lemon juice | to taste | |
| Green chilis | 4-5 | julienne |
| Ginger | small piece | minced |
| Gram Flour - Senagapindi | 1/4 cup | mixed thoroughly with water |
Method:
- Add curry leaves, green chillis, ginger, salt, tomatoes & onion to seasoning
- After few minutes add the potatoes & flour with sufficient water and close lid
- After few minutes open lid and bring to boil
- Turn off flame and add lemon juice and cilantro
- Serve with roti or poori
