Indian seasoning
Lemon juiceto taste
Green chilis4-5julienne
Gingersmall pieceminced
Gram Flour - Senagapindi1/4 cupmixed thoroughly with water

  1. Add curry leaves, green chillis, ginger, salt, tomatoes & onion to seasoning
  2. After few minutes add the potatoes & flour with sufficient water and close lid
  3. After few minutes open lid and bring to boil
  4. Turn off flame and add lemon juice and cilantro
  5. Serve with roti or poori
