Method:
- Peel the potatoes and poke holes in them with a fork or toothpick
- Mix with the marinade and make sure each potato is coated properly; marinate for 45 minutes
- Fry the potatoes in oil for 15 minutes on minimum heat stirring constantly
- Add one cup of water and cook for 10 minutes with the lid closed
- Turn off heat and let it sit for 15 minutes
