| Ginger garlic paste | 1 - 2 tsp | to taste |

| Mint leaves | 1 cup | |
| Green chilis | 5 | |
| Salt & pepper | to taste | blend to paste |
Method:
- Fry cinnamon, cloves, ginger garlic paste and cumin in oil for 5 minutes
- Add cauliflower and peas; cook for 5 minutes
- Add rice along with mint juice (add water to make 3 cups of mint juice)
- Turn heat to low and cook with closed lid for 15 minutes
- Switch off heat and keep the lid closed for another 10 minutes
- Serve with cold Raita
