Spaghetti With Sun-Dried Tomato Dressing

Spaghetti1 lbal-dente, with salt
Black olives3/4 cupchopped
Sun-dried tomato6chopped
Red onion1 largejulienne
Green Pepper1 largeshort matchsticks
For The Dressing:
Sun-dried tomato5
Red wine vinegar1 tbsp
Olive oil4 tbsp
Garlic2 cloves
Pepper3/4 tsp
Basil1 cup
Saltto taste
Capers1 tspblend into paste

  1. Fry onions in olive oil
  2. Add the tomatoes, sun-dried tomatoes and green pepper; cook with closed lid till tomatoes become soft
  3. Turn off the flame; add spaghetti, olives, and the dressing
  4. Toss and serve
